Where in the lease agreement does it state trash removal procedures/policies concerning how high the lid on the trash cart has to be in order for trash services be rendered? If there are no stated RULES, why do you have the trash removal company REFUSE services? Do you honestly want your community FULL of trash? Why do you charge $12/month when trash IS NOT picked up?
Not the best place to live. Finishing this year and moving out of state. Tennants are petty here. Unsure why harold a new rhp employee is going door to door. He is taking it upon himself to ask for payment and threatening forcemows. As far as i know were to pay the office not employees???
