If you golf, the value is very good---if you don't, the apartments are very old with squeaky floors and the complex is being over taken by dogs and cats. What used to be a very warm and friendly community has become "money hungry" with a charge for everything. Moving to a new apt. in the same community requires another application and fees. There are a lot of newer apts. with better pricing in Salem.
