This company has no business working with people. Although they rent to college students, they take full advantage of the fact they young adults come and go. We have tried to get in touch with them to go through the move out routine, and they have yet to respond since our first attempt April. It is a scam they are running. When the student lives out of state, it is hard to follow up with leaving when the guidelines are sent a month after they leave; giving no other option then paying their outrageous costs for cleaning. The homes this place manages are truly a wonderful place to live in Lawrence. They have a really nice swimming pool and area the grounds keepers are honest friendly and very professional keeping the yards clean and debris free if your looking for a great place to live go inquire about living here 😀
If i could review as 0 stars I would. This company basically stole from me. They claim they “forgot” to inform me of an unfit window screen that I had custom made because they “were very busy with turnover”, and was never told to have it picked up, and I was not even able to return it for my money back. It took me over a week to even hear back from them. On top of that charge, I was also charged nearly $200 for another installment.
