I'm writing this review in hopes that this not only gets the attention of corporate, but also prevents this from happening to other people. A few months after we moved out, we recieved a letter stating that we had a balance due that was being threatened to be sent to collections. We thought this was odd, as we had gotten our deposit back and had confirmed we were all set. I have lived at Meadowlark place for a long time. Mariah has always been very professional, polite and helpful in all areas. She has excellent service skills and property management skills as well!
Avoid at all cost.. trust me!! Property and apartments are gross, sketchy, cheap, and just simply horrible. Company is awful to deal with and they are no help with anything. Management is not great. Any good staff doesn’t stay long for obvious reasons. Cool amenities but too bad they never work or are open to enjoy. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Save yourself the stress, money, and headache!
