I've been living at Meadowlark for five years. During that time I've seen a few staff changes, some better than others. The current property manager Mariah is the best so far. Communication between landlord and client has been friendly and efficient, and the space is well maintained and cared for!
They are damn scammers; after a year, they sent my account to collections. When I fell and got injured, I filed a claim, but they ignored me—they are disgusting. Please, don't rent there; the good reviews you see are from people they pay off. My rent was $1,100, but within three months, it had shot up to $1,860. They are damn scammers. I hope people read the reviews before renting—I ignored them and look what happened to me. Don't ignore them, and share your bad experiences at those shitty apartments.
