Only been here a year and a half but it is an excellent neighborhood to live in!! Clean, well kept, quite, and peaceful! Love my neighbors and Kelly is an amazing property manager!

Its clean ...plenty of amenities and close to work and my neighbor's are nice....
People next to me have had swat, us marshals, police dept all show up and surround the trailer at least five times since I moved in here about six years ago. They have constant traffic in and out. They don't take care of their yard or their trailer. They have a junk vehicle sitting in their driveway. Had I known I would have to live next to that, I would not have purchased this trailer. Also, someone near my trailer seems to like to have their music up loud quite a bit at night.
We have lived here for almost 20 years and have enjoyed it. it is a nice place to live Kelly and Rick do their best to keep this a nice place to live. Looking forward to 2014 mowing season and would like to thank everyone that I mowed for last year thank you very much for the business .
