Maybe if they answered the phone or returned my deposit like they said they would two weeks ago I would recommend them.
RecommendedApplication was a breeze, let us know right away we were approved, lady’s in the office were very helpful and friendly! No pet deposit or fees super nice! Very quick to reply! Made moving back to minot stress free!
I have only ever experienced good things with Meadowlark Homes. Kay and Erica are nice and easy going, making the application process such a breeze. I LOVE that there is no pet deposit or rent/mo. You can’t find that anywhere else in Minot that I’ve seen. Also, if any problems arise in home, MX is out there quickly to fix whichever problems you may have. Very friendly and recommend for any single or family residents.

I recently made the decision to move out of my house that I’ve been in for the last 3 years. I was getting very impatient that I couldn’t find a decent place for a good price around town. I found meadowlark builders and thought their prices were very reasonable for what you get. There was no application fee, per deposit or security deposit. I’ve been in my place for almost 2 weeks and have no complaints. The process moving in was very smooth and the girls in the office are great to work with.
