I bought an $80 necklace for my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day and it broke two days later. I just want to return it. The lady at the counter was very kind and she asked what I thought was the owner who sat in a chair wouldn’t even get up out of the chair to even look at it and declined. What a lazy Human being wouldn’t even get out of the chair to look at. It just said no from a distance I would never shop here even though the saleswoman is super nice and kind the owner is I don’t even know how to describe her.

Just really disappointed in the customer service here. I went in because a hat caught my eye, the sales lady really talked it up, despite me feeling like it was a little small. She told me I could always return it if I decided it didn’t fit right. Well I go in today to return it and am told they only do store credit. They pointed to a small sign hidden behind accessories at the checkout. She also stated that in Marin only department stores accept full returns, which is entirely false.
