Pretty big place for the price. A/c works great and there’s no issue with anything else. Everyone’s says areas a bit sketch but I’ve had no issues. The biggest issue I’ve come into is that there’s a lot of mice. They come out of the vents or through the cabinets in the kitchen. They gave us sticky traps to catch em but they keep on coming out. Very over priced for the neighborhood it's in and the fact you have to share your basement with a neighbor. YOU can rent a 2 bedroom home in riverside for the same price they want for their "townhouses"
We have been here about 2 1/2 years and don’t plan on moving anytime soon. Maintenance is great. Large 2 story apartments have lots of space and cost about the same as small apts at other complexes.
I’ve been living here for a year and I love it here. They’re always willing to help. They’re always on time specially when it comes to maintenance or anything they are nice. They’re friendly so I would highly recommend anyone come live here.
Love the community and every time I have an issue, maintenance has been out and got the issue resolved quick.
