I live out here and since Charles became the manager it has improved so much he takes care of the the residents here he is doing everything in his power to clean things up around here he's easy to talk to and ask questions he's welcoming thank you Charles for everything you are doing and have done already your making this trailer court a better place

I have lived here for many years and I just decided that I spoke up! Mr Clark has been the first manager that has tried to clean up and enforce rules of the court since Haven Park bought it! He has tried to get the trust of the tenants through following through with repairs and maintenance in a timely manner! As a retired manager I understand he has his bosses to answer to but he stays on top of projects and tries to keep us informed! Thank you James Potter
its good to see the improvement to the community, it has become a good place to call home. the credit is due to the current manager and his dedication to the community and the residents. some say he is to hard on the rules but it has played a big part in the positive changes to the park. thank you Charles its good to have a dedicated manager.
