Charles has been the best manager this court has seen in the years we have lived here! Only manager i can contact at any point with am issue and its resolved with updates to us directly and solutions. Please dont leave ever charles
The park its self is garbage, but the manager, Charles, he is awesome and works so hard for the people who live there. They dont pay that man enough!
I live out here and since Charles became the manager it has improved so much he takes care of the the residents here he is doing everything in his power to clean things up around here he's easy to talk to and ask questions he's welcoming thank you Charles for everything you are doing and have done already your making this trailer court a better place
