OK, first off the doctor I had at this location was absolutely amazing, people that know me no I hate doctors, this one was amazing, unfortunately, he retired earlier this year, this is where the negative starts, he did mention he would try to get one of the doctors in there to take my File moving forward, which never happened, so I have to go get my own doctor, which we all know how fun that is, I was lucky enough to find one starting up a practice, I asked for my file to be transferred over to the new doctor so he had some... read more
I have been a patient here since 2006'ish. Yes the phone lines are busy, yes the wait time for an appointment can be long. But they are doing their best with the resources they have. They genuinely care about their patients and I find it disheartening to read such negative reviews. I have multiple chronic conditions and go quite often, and the abusive language I have seen and heard patients throw at the staff is disgusting. MFHC now abbreviated to MFH have competent physicians and nurses. Regrettably, more doctors will be retiring earlier since they must be stressed out of their skull. This clinic though has very serious impediments, especially obnoxious receptionists. Therefore, I cannot recommend it. Please seek an alternative health care source, assuming you can find one these days.
