Stop being rude
I leased a GMC Acadia from them, when there was 3 months left on the lease I went to look at another Acadia. The salesman said they would take back the other vehicle early and take care of the lease payments if we leased another Acadia. We leased another Acadia from them, and they didn't take care of the old lease. My experience was outstanding and only because of Ethan Clayton my salesperson who totally went out of his way to explain all the details in length step by step and patient beyond I had ever experienced! I love my Jeep , and I will continue to spread the good word about how I was treated by him ! I have told my neighbors and hopefully this will bring more business into your dealership ! I bought a 2012 GMC terrain from them in May. I dont think they ever checked the car. it is costing me over 500.00 dollars to fix. no loaner car and losing a days pay!! it needs a new control arm... ball joints and stabilizer bars. please if you are going to buy a car from them and it's used have them put it on the lift and look at the underneath of the vehicle you want to purchase. learn from my mistakes. if they refuse to put it on the lift DO NOT BUY IT!! they are hiding something!! This month marks the 1 year anniversary of my new Jeep Wrangler. I was in the dealership speaking with Ethan Clayton who was the sales person that handled my purchase.
