I have been dealing with Meadowlands for about 10 years. I brought my car in for inspection on Saturday morning. My appointment was for 8:30 am and I checked in about 8:20ish. I was told it would take an hour so I made myself comfortable in the waiting room. Finally at 10:45 my car was ready. 2 hours for an inspection? And during all that time I never got a progress report. Needless to say, I was not happy with meadowlands on Saturday morning.
We purchased our Durango from Meadowland in Carmel and never had a problem. The service was always excellent
