The maintenance is fast and fixes things on the first go around but the complex is starting to look run down appearance wiz, chipped paint, pot holes, uneven road way and sometimes trash.. The complex is not visitor friendly, visitors must park on the street then wait for u to walk all the way to the main gate to open it for them. If they park inside they could be towed.
