The doctors at this clinic are great, but unfortunately the front desk staff completely ruin the experience. The receptionists are extremely unprofessional phones are rarely answered, voicemails are not returned, and I have personally seen the phone unplugged to avoid calls. I've also had calls disconnected mid-conversation. Despite this lack of communication, patients are still charged a no-show fee, which feels very unfair when it's nearly impossible to reach the office. Idk how Dr. Te is a licensed doctor. Dr. Te has been nothing but trouble for my gf. She never answers the phone, is always on vacation, is always late to send prescriptions and her staff is nothing but rude. She is very dismissive and never seems to actually listen to what her patient has to say.
Amazing experience every visit! Specially with my family doctor Dr Nookala.The receptionists are kind, efficient, and always greet you with a smile. The doctor is professional and truly cares about patients and their concerns. This office deserves every bit of a 5-star rating.
Not sure why doctors go on vacation and leave their patients stranded without medication refills for daily needed medications. This has happened multiple times and I have had to wait weeks for a refill, screwing up my own health due to doctors lack of care. Receptionists are also very short and ignorant. They need to start putting their patients health and well-being first.
Dr pinto is an amazing doc with my kids, my kids love to come see him, even if it means needles, and the pharmacy is so hopefully ❤️
