HORRIBLE costumer service. I went in trying to get an apartment THE girl in the office Picks and chooses who she wants to attend. never have i ever gone on a tour and the person in charge send me by myself on the tour. on top of it she lied about calling me back. lied about how much we had to make in order to get apartment. What she said does not match whats online. I think she judged a book by its cover and didnt want to help us get an apartment.
It's a decent place for the price
I currently live and the management and office absolutely suck. I’ve had 3 of my packages stolen and I tried calling the front office to see what time I could go in and talk to someone about cameras but nobody answers I try to leave a message and it tells me it’s not available. I try to go in person to the office and front sign says they close at 5pm it was 4:22pm when I got to the front door. They’re just money hungry people running these apartments. Stay away from these apartments I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE
