Overall the apartments at meadowcrest operated by Boardwalk are decent looking, maybe even appealing as it’s a few small 3 story walk ups, but they unfortunately have tons of issues. -Onsite management parks in handicap when showing units or visiting her friends/handing out notices. -units flooded in 2024/2025 and they have yet to do full repairs(it came underneath the baseboards, only got some repairs, but not in my unit) -“managed” roach infestation / they treated the building after someone moved out and never bothered aga... read more
It’s honestly a really well-run and pleasant place to live. Meghna in the office is always friendly and on top of things, Alex is reliable whenever something needs fixing, Lesley does a great job keeping everything clean, and Krik keeps the landscaping looking lovely. You can tell the team genuinely cares and it makes the whole community feel comfortable and welcoming.
This is a wonderful place to live—clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Meghna in the office is always helpful and professional, Alex handles maintenance quickly and efficiently, Lesley keeps the building spotless, and Kirk does a great job with the landscaping. The whole team truly makes living here a positive experience.
The apartment complex is well-maintained, clean, and offers a comfortable living environment. Management is responsive, professional, and quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests. Meghna Alex Leslie are great at what they do.Overall, it’s a great place to live with a team that genuinely cares about residents.
