Beware of Unethical Practices and Harassment by Current Property Manager I lived here for four years and saw a dramatic decline in service once the original team moved on. Pest control used to be proactive—whole-building treatments at the first sign of bugs—but now they only address individual units, leaving me to battle cockroaches for months. Abit overpriced for a 3 story walk up with no luxury amenities. Some buildings as had numerous issues with roach infestations and bedbugs that spread throughout the building due to negligence/failure of boardwalk/pest control. Leslie the building cleaner is great, she is what a company should stand behind. She is consistent, friendly, efficient and an amazing worker.
