Literally would give this zero starts if I could. Do not move into apartment 5, the people above are loud, rude and you will constantly hear screaming and stomping. Anytime we asked for things to quiet down, it was always met with either hostility or just ignoring us. We were woke up in the middle of the night through out the entire year, with either more fighting, or what sounded like bowling balls being dropped on our ceiling. Cascade property management is a joke. The owner is a lier and a thief and the on site manager is as unprofessional as any one could be. 4 days to get a plumber to my apartment is unacceptable. The unit I live in was not repaired before I moved in and it took 2 years to get one to show up and he butchered it big time.i would not recommend anybody to even drive by.The fair Housing Act is not really a thing at Drinker Creek.
