Exterior not appealing to me. Looked “neglected”…
Literally would give this zero starts if I could. Do not move into apartment 5, the people above are loud, rude and you will constantly hear screaming and stomping. Anytime we asked for things to quiet down, it was always met with either hostility or just ignoring us. We were woke up in the middle of the night through out the entire year, with either more fighting, or what sounded like bowling balls being dropped on our ceiling.
