Never once had an appointment on time. Most recent experience waited over an hour for the doctor to show at my appointment. They have no regard for your time. Very disappointed.
I had a family doctor, and even with an appointment, I still had to wait. This place doesn’t accept walk-ins, and the wait times are incredibly long. If you do get an appointment, they’re completely booked for the next month. The doctor is nice, but the front staff is very rude and unprofessional. I had to transfer to another doctor because I wouldn’t get treatment on time here.
First visit came in with bronchitis doctor checks lungs with stethoscope and nothing more then makes a snap diagnosis of LUNG CANCER?!?! What made it worse is saying this in front of my special needs son who became quite upset. I was completely shocked at this so called doctors arrogant unsympathetic behavior. The most heinous unacceptable unprofessional behavior I have ever experienced from a medical practitioner. Everyone was so nice. The pharmacist especially was so incredibly helpful and kind.
