Pool was closed half the summer in 2025. They don’t seem to know what they’re doing and don’t have professionals checking the safety of the pool. A lot of people look forward to swimming in the summer, but they gladly raise rent every year without maintaining the pool. You have to hound them for big maintenance issues like washing machines, dryers and your dishwasher. Winter Maintenance is horrible! Gutter let's water drip down over front door and forms dagger icicles and a large, thick ice dam exactly in front of apartment door. Blowing snow goes un-shoveled. Multiple calls to maintenance staff to address this go unanswered. Not even any sand is put down to at least give some traction. It is an accident waiting to happen. Will post pictures if possible. I help a resident here with shopping and transportation and have seen the problem first hand.
I have lived here for a year and half now, if you want a place to live in ann Arbor Go somewhere else, like far away from this prime location to the city and everything around you... I've had issues with broken widows, doors with major gaps, along with Black Mold in my apartment due to water coming in from the ground. After a 1 year and 6 months they still wanna put a bandaid on it. On top of it the snow removal is horrible. Trust me go some where else I regret renewing my lease... The location of the apartments is really good, but the maintenance and the managing team need to improve. 1. Our bathtub was painted with paint. I’ve never seen people painted over the bathtub. 2. When we submitted a ticket about a potential rusted pipe, the staff just painted the pipe so the discoloration issue was gone. 3. Snow removal - they don’t remove the snow on the parking spaces even though they are empty. You can always find ice on the ground in the morning. Good for anyone who wants to skate. 4.
