LONG BUT WORTH THE READ: I rented a townhouse in this complex from 2020-2024. I decided to move due to the continual decline in the community; both the neighborhood and school district became increasingly unsafe with drugs, and vehicle theft. It's quiet and there's a really nice walking park a half mile away. A pool and a playground along with a field for walking dogs. I have a basement with washer and dryer which is really nice.
