LONG BUT WORTH THE READ: I rented a townhouse in this complex from 2020-2024. I decided to move due to the continual decline in the community; both the neighborhood and school district became increasingly unsafe with drugs, and vehicle theft. A little over a month after moving, instead of receiving a deposit refund check in the mail, I got a bill charging me a balance for replacement of carpet.
