LONG BUT WORTH THE READ: I rented a townhouse in this complex from 2020-2024. I decided to move due to the continual decline in the community; both the neighborhood and school district became increasingly unsafe with drugs, and vehicle theft. A little over a month after moving, instead of receiving a deposit refund check in the mail, I got a bill charging me a balance for replacement of carpet. It's quiet and there's a really nice walking park a half mile away. A pool and a playground along with a field for walking dogs. I have a basement with washer and dryer which is really nice.
Please, i wanted to move here but whoever answered the phone sounded so rude and unprofessional like she didn’t like her job. I’ve heard numerous comments about this apartment complex, definitely about them being racist sadly and whoever is in the office being RUDE and disrespectful. Lord yall need to find new people with professional. If you can’t handle your job, seems like you need to work at a fast food
