Management isn’t clear or in par with what they tell the residents. You get attitude when you call and ask for help. Very disappointing on how they treat residents and their workers. Rent has gone up and they only changed a few things that needed fixing anyways. Not a great place to live you’re better off spending the same amount somewhere nicer and with better more considerate/professional management.

I have been a long-term resident for a couple of years before Wilhoit Properties purchased Meadowbrook Plaza. Now, you might ask yourself "¿What kept me to stay here?"
