Don’t park by the office at night your tires will get slashed by teenagers, I asked the office to show me the cámaras but stated that the cámaras don’t work. Now I have to pay 600 for new tires. They are good to charge fees but they don’t help the residents that pay on time and never causes problems.
If anybody is considering moving here Don’t do it. It’s not safe, multiple cars have gotten stolen. At night the hole neighborhood looks so dark, you just don’t know who can be walking around your house, a lot of residents and my self have gone to the office and complain that they need to install light poles but they said they don’t have the money for that, but every year they increase the rent by $50 & they rather spend the money painting road bumps ones a month. Gun shots at nights, someone broke in to my neighbors truck and robbed his tools. It gets dangerous at night very poor lighting and management don’t do anything about it. Teenage kids walking with pistols intimidating anyone that sees them. This place sucks
