If I were you i would look somewhere else. This place is horrible!!! Thats why they are so cheap.. There is a ton of mold that grows on the walls and windows.. I hated living there.. Please take my advice and look somewhere else...

Ghettobrook. The ghetto of St Louis Park. Black mold on the walls, mice in your kitchen. Loud neighbors at all hours of the night. Only good thing is the price and location. If you are living on a strict budget and cant afford anything else and need to be in this area then its for you, otherwise find somewhere else.

I currently rent a townhouse in Meadowbrook. They are reasonably priced, are conveniently located close to downtown, and have a good amount of amenities for the price. The fact that the buildings are older does not bother me. One major complaint I have are that the neighbors here are very loud, especially with children running about, skateboarding and biking on the sidewalk (and not moving out of the way for pedestrians) as well as the constant shouting outside that can be heard through the windows.
