I was a patient of Dr Brumwell since I was a baby, and never had issues getting an appointment with her even when I hadn’t been to the doctor in years. I was apparently dropped as a patient by these new doctors due to “inactivity,” sometime in 2024. My last appointment was over the phone only 3 years prior, as I haven’t had any health issues that require the care of a physician since. this office used to be amazing, back when dr. brumwell and jawanda were there. since they have left, this office has become slow, incapable, and full of problems, not limited to having privacy issues after they had my child's number linked to somebody else. and called them over a hospital visit. can it be good some days? its likely possible. but since these changes have been made, we prefer going to walk in's over coming here nowadays. unfortunately, in some cases, it is needed to still come here.
