The Administrative Assistant, Wagma, was perfect! She helped me booking my appointment doing questions and realize what was possible for the doctor and for me.
I have deleted my 1 star review and am updating it to 3 stars… I had to be persistent and I was lucky that my Doctor was able to squeeze me in for a phone appointment. We had an appointment booked earlier but resulted in a “no show” due to administrative mistakes. We have had negative experiences with the office receptionist (one of them).
