THERE'S CONSTANT COMPLAINTS ON VERY HIGH WATER BILLS.here. ITS INSANE !!! MY WATER BILL IS 145.00 THIS MONTH AND ITS BEEN 100+ A MONTH FOR AWHILE NOW . THERES ONLY ME AND MY WIFE AND WE CONSERVE OUR WATER , BUT IT KEEPS GOING UP . I THINK THERE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF WITH THERE OWN WATER SUPPLY , ITS NOT RIGHT , A GUY ASKED ON THE MEADOWBROOK FB PAGE today IF THERES ANYONE WE CAN complain TOO about these water bill issues " . This place needs different everything! How can you sit there and tell people they owe rent money when no one received a notification sayin rent went up?! The people in the office are horrible the maintenance guy is rude and doesn't fix things correctly. I mean the list goes on. How is this place allowed to treat people like this?! Do the owners know or do they just not care?!
They trick u into low lot rent for the first year and Jack the bills sky rocket do not move here it is the biggest mistake this place should be sued
staff are horrible when you ask something of them. people next store keep revving thier little moped this is starting to grow very old..
Staff and maintenance suck. Al never fixes anything have had a dishwasher that doesn't work for almost 3yrs they don't care this place has no amenities to keep people here. Glad my lease is up in November outta here Meadowbrook. Worst place and most expensive place in Monroe County. Choose wisely before moving here
This place has gone to hell since they got rid of Ella and Brandy left they were good people the ones we have now is rude and don't care people have junk sitting in ther e back yard never would happen with Ella
This place is garbage. DONT move here! The staff in the office are very rude. Cant wait to leave this dump. Trying to make me keep my dog on a hand held leash..... Im so ready to leave this pitiful shit hole... Cant come soon enough!!
Oh yeah. Rent is very high for the little that they have here.
