The management company is quick to address maintenance issue. I like this community!
They don't really know how to fix things, mostly just hack jobs. Apartment management doesn't ever get back to you unless you continuously keep spamming them. Water and heat aren't included despite their listings everywhere saying so. Only positives is the community of people there and the scenery.
Applied here for an apartment for my wife and I we make just shy of $50k a year. She works full time and I am a disabled veteran. For starters it’s $20 per person application fee, I thought that was odd as most of their residents are section 8 recepients but ok. We pay the fee and and then we were told you need a 620 credit score and have to make 3 times the rent of $1150 a month per month which we do. Then we were told that my wife’s credit score was not high enough? You’re telling me all the people who get section 8 assist... read more
