I absolutely love going to therapy here. Chelsea is amazing at making me feel heard and helping me through tough thoughts. Although I am posting this for the free book I want everyone to know id post this either way. Everyone I've met here has a caring heart and knows how to be kind and gentle when needed.

Love my counselor Chelsea she is the most amazing listener and so validating I've been working through and accomplishing so many things that I didn't even know how to work through before 10 out of 10 recommend my daughter also goes to the same place but different counselor and liz has help so much with learning how to help her and understand her and she has helped her grow so much Liz is absolutely amazing with her my daughter looks forward the her appointment every week

My husband and I have been seeing Kristiana for a while now for couples therapy and it has been amazing! After dealing with some significant health struggles, we wanted to work on our communication and ability to function in our new reality. Kristiana not only helped with those things, but helped us see the bigger picture of our struggles.
