Erin Calvert stopped seeing me when she contacted a family member of mine without an ROI form and immediately cut me off when it became illegal. TMS services here don't answer voice messages or texts wasting your time. They've left me hanging for 3 months and wasting even my primary doctor's time. I try a new number they answer immediately while the old one is blocked. Don't go here or give them your money they won't even answer for a bill to be paid.
I really love this office! I have had great experiences with my therapist, Morgan. He is insightful, lets me talk about what I need, and has essentially transformed my experiences with the human condition. I would recommend him and Meadowbrook for any counseling needs.
Do NOT try scheduling with this office. We made an appointment, then were informed the prices were not what we thought. That wasn’t an issue, we simply did not confirm the appointment. We are now being billed for a no show despite never confirming our attendance and never having attended a single session. We will be disputing this with our credit bureaus if they take further action. So unprofessional! First you charge $185 a session and then keep unconfirmed appointments scheduled just to charge people? What a scam!
