The condos are nice but the HOA fees are ridiculous. At $300 a month per unit the HOA is making around $49,500 a month, $550,800 a year. Pot holes in the parking lot, cracked uneven sidewalks, non working pool, clubhouse thats torn apart, dead grass, non matching roofs, not enough dumpsters. For the money they charge residents just for simply living there none of those issues should be a concern. Someone is def making some money off of HOA fees. But hey, the grass gets mowed and they shovel the snow.

HOA fee keeps getting raised by 30$ (HOA fee is 300$ BTW)each year and yet the pool is somehow not even fixed yet, they barely got the laundry working. At least my non existent lawn is mowed twice a week. Terrific
