The place is nice. Neighbors are all cool. But HOA fees go up every year, and it’s hard to see where the money goes. At $350 per unit the place makes $840,000 per year, yet there is dead grass, the sprinklers water the cars more than the grass, broken, uneven walkways, the siding on the units haven’t been washed in years if ever, overgrown plants in front of doorways, unfinished club houses. The condos are nice but the HOA fees are ridiculous. At $300 a month per unit the HOA is making around $49,500 a month, $550,800 a year. Pot holes in the parking lot, cracked uneven sidewalks, non working pool, clubhouse thats torn apart, dead grass, non matching roofs, not enough dumpsters. For the money they charge residents just for simply living there none of those issues should be a concern. Someone is def making some money off of HOA fees. But hey, the grass gets mowed and they shovel the snow.

Expensive HOA fees very poorly maintained a lot of dead grass pool has not been up and running for four years would not recommend living here
