Good community—friendly, welcoming, and always well-kept. Claudia and Nick are super helpful and quick to respond, and the maintenance team is fast and reliable. Really happy to be part of this place!
Living here has been such a great experience! The apartment complex is always maintained quickly and efficiently. The grass is cut regularly and kept neat, and garbage is consistently taken care of—there’s never any build-up or mess around the property. I've been living here for 5 years now and I love the neighborhood the proximity of my kids schools to the complex the staff is very friendly and attentive to every detail the surroundings are always clean and the office personnel is very friendly and is willing to answer all my questions also they are pet friendly which is a big plus never encounter a problem which wasn't fixed right away.
DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE A CHILD. They don't let you play anything and will yell at you for running or doing anything. No soccer or other sports allowed, and no riding bikes or scooters or skateboards etcetera allowed. There is a playground, but it sucks and is falling apart. Part of it is literally duck taped together. If you are old it's ok I guess. But it sucks. Trust me I've lived here 7 years.
