this is a nice place to live.... but the trains are so damm loud!!! they bang all night long.. and the whistle is loud.. u have to keep ur window closed even in the middle of summer or u will wake up every 15 minnutes when a train comes through town..
Apts are nice, but good luck getting any relaxation. Constant noise.....they mow the lawn every other day......and it takes them A LONG time! 3-4 hours of noisy lawn mowing....very annoying. Who cuts grass that often? Once a week is okay. But they do it constantly...and very slowly. And if youde like to stay warm during the winter, bring lots of blankets. The Heating system DOES NOT WORK whatsoever. Constantly cold in the Apts. Try another Apt complex in Willmar. Meadowbrook sucks!!
Nice places....esp for the price. I would def. recommend...management & maintenance are very helpful and always available on site.. A+
