The inside looks better than the outside. I was told it was cleaned before moving in, but it was filthy and so many things just rigged together. I didn’t expect to share my home with bed bugs and roaches. It came as a surprise since “pest control” was one of the many hidden fees not discussed when signing a lease. Constantly under new management. I went to a month to month lease until I found something new and moved out by December 20th 2025, now a week in January they are STILL trying to charge me Januarys rent. I have not ... read more
INFESTED with roaches. only giving 1 star because that's the lowest rating I could give. All the residents have roaches, each building is infested. To make matters even worse, they are german roaches. Maintenence takes forever to fix things and when they do fix things, they just stop it together and it breaks again. They don't give Maintenence much supplies to work with so it's not the actual Maintenence persons fault.
