The swimming pool is closed more than open, being closed down by the county frequently. The apartments are dust magnets and work orders proceed at a pace of 'when they around to it. The main guy who over sees the apartments is in San Diego. Most all of the complaints are filed in his circular file. He is manipulative and a slum lord. He qualifies as a sociopath. Never answer phones
The apartment manager doesn’t care about anything. Horrible maintenance, you call the office to complain about something or to ask for a repair to be fixed and they never answer the phones. If you knock on their door even though they are home they won’t answer the door. When it comes to paying rent they always pretend they are busy so they don’t write you your receipt.
