The lady that’s a receptionist in the building at the front. It’s very rude and has a very aggressive tone. They only handle things that are a priority to them and neglect other housing issues. Wow my grandmother had to wait for weeks to get something fixed in her apartment all because they said that’s not a priority. Her tone is very disgusting and they need to work on having people that’s a receptionist having some type of etiquette.
