Update 9/18/24: always five stars! Robinson and Gregg came today for multiple appliance repairs, including a detached dryer hose. They were so kind and took my dryer completely down AND cleaned behind it! The team here is always very thorough, which is so appreciated. I’ve lived in quite a few apartments in and around the Philly area— maintenance at Meadowbrook is the best so far. Stayed in this community for 3 years. This community has gotten better over my time there. Electric lines were upgraded, maintenence service has improved, and staff is helpful. Buildings are old, but is manageable with a renovated finish in the apartments. Overall a good community.
Repair guys are great. Craig and Robinson are very kind and explains what was fixed as well as making sure you're satisfied with the fix afterwards
