BROOKRIDGE APARTMENTS I would not recommend living here. The apartments are infested with cockroaches and ants, and management does not seem to address the problem. On weekends, many neighbors play loud music or stand outside yelling while intoxicated, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Parking is another major issue. There is no organization, and you often have to argue just to find a place to park. The leasing office is rarely staffed. Staff is awesome. Pool is beautiful. I am happy and excited about my new apartment home. It's a nice neighborhood. It's better then the google pictures. I would recommend. Thank you:)
I live in Brookridge , my air conditioner is been broken for more than 2 weeks and they haven’t fix it . No one answers the phone Yo vivo en Brookridge , tengo más de dos semanas sin aire y no me lo an arreglado . Nadie contesta el teléfono en la oficina
We Lived Here For 8 Years And Left The Apartment In Great Condition, Normal Wear and Tear. We Never Bother The Office For Anything Even Tho Each Year Our Rent was Raised When Renewing It Started As $100 and Went Up $200. Our Deposit Was $300, For Me $300 is $300 But We Moveout In November 4 Days Before The Lease Ended and Haven't Heard Back For Our Deposit, I've Even Sent Emails To The Office and Corprote But Never Received An Answer. I Wouldnt Recomend This Place To Anyone.
Si tienes la oportunidad de mudarte a estos apartamentos desaprovechala,Desde el primer día, están infestados de cucarachas La persona de la oficina no ayuda, solo pone caras feas y contesta mal . La oficina siempre está cerrada, dicen que están en almuerzo todo el tiempo, me hacen ir una y otra vez y nunca hay nadie. Además, me cobran sobrecargos en la renta sin ninguna explicación.
