All the negatives in regards to Meadowbrook's management are true, and it doesn't matter who you work with. It has to be a direct reflection on the owners of the park. I tried to buy a home in the park, and the management "accepted" my wife and I, but added because we were currently living in a home in Las Vegas, our space rent would not be covered by Santee's rent control. Needs new management!! – would give negative stars if I could, Andria Deitrick is a horrid, horrid woman. Her full time job is to make those who live at Meadowbrook miserable. We recently moved my parents there as my mother has terminal cancer. While my parents were in NV preparing to move I was taking care of everything here with their FULL Power of Attorney. Not recommended as the management is not fair and honest – I am 44 yrs. old & my wife is 66. This senior park discriminated against me and broke California law by not allowing me to finance her for the month it would take me to turn 45 and be eligible to join her at the park. The management as of 2008 is aloof, self-centered and not following the Fair Housing Act. I don't like even conversing with them and wouldn't want to deal with them on day to day issues.
