Terrible experience buying a home. Paint is terribly cheap, floors are terribly cheap, fight tooth and nail to not cover and repairs through warranty. Master floorboards are not nailed down correctly. Called the guy and claimed it was the temperature change. Well guess what it must never be the right temperature because it does it all the time. Will have to pay out of pocket to fix. Avoid at all costs.
This company is god awful. They don’t care about the safety of the homeowners and their family. Had concrete with rebar buried in my yard with pieces of the road and pipes as well. Plus they use cheap materials to build the house. The list goes on and I’ll be here for a long time. There is one person from customer care that treats you like a child.
