Extremely overpriced, communal areas look like they have not been cleaned in months, smells like weed and other unpleasant smells when entering the building, not a fan of the screaming matches and barking dog coming from other tenants, impossible to get into contact with anyone that works there, and after they raised the rent they didn’t update the website that was used for collecting rent and was a headache. Would not recommend.
Lived here just over a year, before I moved in was told I would get new blinds for the windows and a screen for the back window. I’ve texted and called more then 20 times. asked about both them. Noting no reply not even a text back. They take 0 pride in the way things look, all locks are upside down guess simple instructions are to much for maintenance that don’t care about there job. Plz learn to mow also
We don’t have any problems. We need something fixed, they fix it.
i wrote a rview about a year ago and i said it was amazing and i would reccomend this to anyone but NOT NOW. we were like family then and were happy and and we had great people. We still do have great people but not all of them. Now we have people hollering and banging on walls all the time.... NOT THE WAY I LIKE IT. they have sold this property to a new manager and now we have to CALL for them to fix somthing.
