They will not tell you about a cleaning fee upon moving in and try to hit you with two different numbers at the time of moving out. They didn't even attempt to notify me of the debt through a phone call or email (information they had) instead they just sent it straight to a debt collector. Not very great amenities anyways paid 900$ for a non remodled apartment. Expensive thin ceilings you can hear your neighbors well. Just a dinky little park in the back for kids no pools or anything nice to do.
Great place to stay. Emily and Gina made my move in process a breeze coming from Florida. Although I was in another state she made all the necessary arrangements for me to make the process smooth. I can’t thank them enough. I want to also say th maintenance guy does a great job in getting the work orders done in a timely manner. Thanks again Emily, Gina, Alex and maintenance you all are awesome!
I have been staying in Meadowwoods for 2 years now! They are the best. Everyone is very helpful, they keep the apartments looking neat and nice, and they are always there on time for any problems we have! No matter the changes that come about, they are for their residents!
Ive been staying here since July and it has been wonderful! Any concerns we’ve had were addressed and handled quickly ☺️ and my son loves the play ground!
This place is nice and animal friendly!
