RecommendedI had an emergency at 1:15 today. Our cat ate a threaded needle. I immediately called the vets office and they worked him in at 1:30. Fortunately the needle had lodged in the roof of his mouth. The vet was able to sedate him, remove the needle and thread gave him an antibiotic shot and we were home in less than an hour. Thank you Dr Graham and your staff for taking such quick care of our fur baby. And thank you for taking care of your staff and customers for doing what you can to stop the spread of covid.
We found this place shortly after moving to Lawton because my dog had swallowed a rock. They immediately got us in and performed surgery on him. I am really impressed with how they kept me in the loop and how empathetic they were. I was literally sobbing and being dramatic because I was so worried about my dog. They assured me everything was okay and it’s fine that I kept calling to check on his status. They avoided opening his organs, which I really appreciate. In an emergency they don't help. I am on a fixed income and the one vet worked with me. But when you call after hours the vet on duty puts words in your mouth that were not said. The administration don't care what you have to say even if it's not what was said. Then they let you as a client go because he said it was said.
Called today due to me not being able to get my dog’s prescription filled and told receptionist that I still had prescription in hand due to not being able to get the small quantity filled. I told her if I could bring this prescription back and Dr Graham write another for a larger quantity that I could fill at the local Sams Club under my membership now keep in mind this is Apoquel, not an abuseable drug or anything to get high off of then the Receptionist put me on hold so she could talk with Dr Graham when she came back sh... read more

Dr. Graham did however, write a script for a month’s worth of the medication requested on your visit to MWAH on 3/2/2020 as well as sending a small 2 week supply from our own pharmacy. We left our dog with Meadow Wood during the holidays for a little over 2 weeks while we traveled. They called us every other day to keep us updated with how she was doing. She seemed very well taken care of, and the staff was so nice and attentive. I love that they have an app to keep me updated with her shots and appointments.
My wife and I took one of our three large breed dogs here, and the facility is well maintained and the staff is nice. Our problem was pricing- this vet is more expensive than anywhere else and when they said our dog needed cosequin, they charged $108 for a bottle of 132 tablets. After she already purchased the cosequin from the vet since I was busy at work and wasn’t able to answer her texts/calls, we later found out that we could buy a 250 count for 30$.... needless to say when I called to talk to the vet/doctors they would... read more
Our experience at Meadow Wood Animal Hospital has been excellent. Dr. Jackson and the staff took good care of our pups, Vienna and Oscar. The facility is clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
