Garbage place. Cockroaches and airconditioner has broken multiple times! Don’t ever live there!!
Love this place
First off, the manager, Josie is a sweet good hearted person. If you show respect , you get respect in return . Josie works very hard to keep this large facility running smooth. It's beautiful here with all the trees and plants. The neighbors are all good, kind people. It's a community here, we all look out for each other and that's because of Josie.
This place is awful! There’s usually like 12-13 guys could be Tenants with some women I’ve seen working down at bottoms up joint and they’re outside drinking liquor leaving beer cans outside in the parking lot every tuesday!!! My apartment smells like cigs and weed!!!! Josie won’t answer the phone I haven’t seen management here in the 6 years I’ve resided here. Safe to say im moving out
They have gates blocking entry to the parking lot. No signage describing which apartments in each building. Paper thin walls.
