Has severely declined since new management took over. Management is civil, at best. The office has a horrible, heavy cheap knockoff Pinesol smell that is extremely uninviting. Office staff takes naps on the couch during the day or is always on her cell phone. The manager is rarely in and hard to understand. Cleanliness of the grounds has gone downhill, as well and so has maintenance reliability. The office is frequently closed during regular business hours too.
The maintenance man is amazing and very helpful with a positive attitude!
My experience living at Meadowalk Apartments has been good overall. My only negative would be that maintenance could do a better job in cleaning up trash, spraying the concrete for weeds or even keeping the trash around the dumpsters picked up. Chasity’s ability to solve any of the unforeseen issues that had risen for me is by far what made my stay most appeasing. The ladies in the office are absolutely amazing! They find a solution for everything! The maintenance man is on top of everything needed to be done! I highly recommend these apartments! Fantastic management and the apartments are very space, affordable, and gorgeous!
