Was fined for having my trash cans out the day of when the garbage truck came through
The worst. No hrs no work why are we bothering.
If 0 stars were an option I would select it! The worst (and really the only) HOA I have ever dealt with! I have lived in 4 HOA neighborhoods in the valley and maybe received one notice form the 3 previous HOAs total. THIS HOA, however, has sent 49 notices/fines since I have owned this home (less than 3 years). When I asked for photographic evidence of the so called “violations” my request was denied, BECAUSE THERE WERE NO VIOLATIONS AND THEY KNOW IT!!!! So they have strong armed me into paying HUGE fines because they are pro... read more
