I love it
Absolutely terrible customer service. I was calling to help out a past tenant. They have this horrible after hours answering service in which the lady was rude, unhelpful, and hung up on me. BEWARE: Do not move to this property. (EDIT to reply to your your response. I called every 15 minutes from 9:00AM-5:00PM. Also, the answering service was indeed rude and I have a lot of patience. So to add to the list of terrible customer service, the management office also employs liars. :-S)
Worse place I’ve ever lived! They care more about hiding and covering up things then actually caring for their tenants and well being. I was in an apartment fire due to them not fixing the wiring in my apartment they just flipped the breaker and said that should do it, next thing I know I’m smelling gases and hearing a flicker and then my apartments in fire.
