Just moved in and honestly.....nothing bad to say so far. Everyone I have meat who works for the company has been amazing, welcoming and kind. They seem to have updated without going crazy on the rent. You do have an amenities fee but honestly for a pool and access to a new gym facility being built...seems fair! It's extremely quiet and the neighbors all seem pretty nice.....quiet....everyone seems to keep to themselves.....I don't hear a lot of noise or people running around and their are A LOT of kids here. Recent change in management to Focus property management and the difference is very tangible. Shared spaces feel more inviting and look like they’ve had a facelift with many noticeable updates (new door handles feel more secure and dumpsters are cleaner than i’ve seen in a while - shout out to Jason) I’ve lived in the community since january 2019 and had been considering moving with some friction with management the past couple years but in such a short time Focus has shifted the vibes in a positive direction and i’m looking... read more
