I’ve lived at Meadow Ridge for 7+ years and have really enjoyed it. Kristen, the property manager, is fantastic! She’s always friendly and helpful, and she listens to any concerns. She truly cares about residents’ comfort. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the community remains clean and quiet. The location is another big plus. Nugget Markets, Starbucks, and many good restaurants are within walking distance, and it’s just a short drive to I-80. I really enjoyed living at Meadow Ridge during the year and a half I was in Davis. Kristen was friendly and accessible from start to finish and responses to maintenance issues was always prompt. It was also convenient having a market and restaurants next door.
