I really enjoyed living at Meadow Ridge during the year and a half I was in Davis. Kristen was friendly and accessible from start to finish and responses to maintenance issues was always prompt. It was also convenient having a market and restaurants next door.
I’ve had a great experience with both the property manager and the maintenance team throughout my time here. The property manager is responsive, respectful, and genuinely cares about making sure residents are comfortable. The maintenance team is prompt, skilled, and always courteous — any issue I had was resolved quickly and properly.
