Impressed! Too Bad I Cant Get In!!!!! I spoke to a person at this property and was very impressed by their professionalism! She helped me understand how the Section 42 program works. This property is extremely nice and one of the things that didnt surprise me at all was but really stood out to me was that they are at full occupancy and that the current waitlist at their property is at 800!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is without doubt a horrible place to be, if I could roll time back I would not of moved in here. The apartment is nasty, the management is horrible, the so called maintenance guy looks like he just walked out of prison, do yourself a favor and just don't do it. We moved in a month ago and can not wait to move out of here. I do not have one good thing to say other than the garage space is nice.
