Potholes are terrible and you can hardly get anything fixed in your apartment. There's also a lot of mold that we can't get out

I would not recommend these apartments to no one. They only put people in the apartments they want in the apartments, their friends or people the people they know. I feel if someone truly needs an apartment, it should not be based on association with the manager especially if the person is in need of a apartment. Then you have to pay 14.50 everytime you fill out an application in. If you have filled an application out before hand it was 2 months before that, they lose your money and say they don't have a record that you paid... read more

I did not like these Apts just from the looks of the outside. It was trashy. Furniture was thrown everywhere and youngsters were hanging around outside the Apts like they didn't have anything to do but lotterying. It didn't look inviting to live in........too trashy for me.
